1. Validation before dispatch
- Public buyers (administrative mandate): no prepayment; the order is processed on receipt and validation of the purchase order or legal commitment. The invoice is then filed on Chorus Pro.
- Businesses (bank transfer): preparation starts on receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
- Online orders: the order is processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
2. Preparation time
Unless otherwise stated, orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 5 to 7 working days. Some equipment requires technical preparation, verification, calibration or metrology documents: a different lead time is then indicated.
3. Transport and tracking
Shipments are made by express transport or by the carrier best suited to the weight, volume and value of the equipment, usually with tracking and signature on delivery. In mainland France, delivery generally takes place the working day after collection. The tracking number is sent to you by e-mail.
4. Delivery address
The delivery address may differ from the billing address or the one used on Chorus Pro. Give the exact name of the organisation, the receiving department, the name and phone number of a contact and the full address. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address or prolonged absence may be charged.
5. European Union and French overseas territories
We deliver directly to European Union countries and French overseas territories. Some destinations require specific customs or tax formalities.
6. Export outside the European Union
Outside the EU, delivery is normally made to a freight forwarder in mainland France designated by the Customer, or according to the quote. Customs duties, import taxes, local VAT and clearance fees are payable by the recipient.
7. Receiving the parcel
Check the parcel in the presence of the driver. If it is open, crushed, wet or incomplete, write specific reservations on the delivery note and contact us quickly with photos. These recommendations do not reduce consumers’ statutory rights.
8. Loss, damage or delay
If a parcel is lost, damaged or stuck, contact us: we take the necessary steps with the carrier. Usual lead times are not a guarantee of delivery at a fixed time unless expressly committed. Delays may occur (peak periods, bad weather, customs).
