- Quote or contact request: name, organisation, e-mail, phone, postcode, country, product and message.
- Order: identity, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, VAT number, order details. Card data is collected directly by Stripe and is never accessible to us.
- Technical data: IP address and browser, used only for security and to fight spam and fraud.

- Answering your requests and preparing quotes — pre-contractual steps;
- Processing, delivering and following up orders and services — performance of the contract;
- Invoicing and accounting — legal obligation;
- Website security, fraud and spam prevention — legitimate interest.
We do no marketing without your consent and never sell your data.
Recipients
Authorised staff of VIRTUAVIA SARL and, as necessary, our service providers: host (Infomaniak Network SA), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment), carriers, e-mail providers and accountant. Stripe may transfer some data outside the European Union with appropriate safeguards.
Retention periods
- Quote requests not followed up: 3 years after the last contact;
- Customer and order data: duration of the relationship plus 5 years;
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years;
- Technical security logs: 12 months maximum.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. Write to contact@virtuavia.com. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies and local storage
The website uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies, so no consent banner is required.
- Cart: your cart contents are kept in your browser (local storage), without cookies, and never shared with third parties.
- Payment: on the checkout page, Stripe sets cookies strictly necessary for payment security and fraud prevention.
- Videos: YouTube videos only load after you click, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

The website is served over HTTPS. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
