1. Administrative mandate – Chorus Pro
No payment is required on ordering. We process your purchase order or legal commitment, deliver, then file the invoice on Chorus Pro. The overall payment period is in principle 30 days. Please give us: purchase order number, SIRET of the receiving department, Chorus Pro service code and any useful administrative references.
2. Bank transfer
Our bank details appear on the quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on ordering; dispatch takes place once the funds are received.
3. Online payment by Stripe
Online payments are processed by Stripe, a provider certified PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest security level in the banking industry. Your card details are entered in a secure module hosted by Stripe: they are encrypted and never pass through our servers.

Only the methods compatible with your country and order are offered.
3-D Secure authentication
In accordance with the European PSD2 directive, your bank may ask for strong authentication (approval in your banking app, SMS code…).
Invoicing and VAT
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated automatically according to the delivery country and your EU VAT number. An invoice is e-mailed for each order.
We will never ask for your bank details by e-mail or phone.
