About the ProLaser 4 annual calibration
A speed gun must be verified every year. We organise the entire service: preparation before examination, shipping, tests and return to your department.
Calendar
Sessions take place around the 15th of each month, except in August. Contact us about two months before the anniversary of your last calibration: this allows time to draw up the quote, receive your purchase order, book the session and arrange transport.
Shipping the device
Around the 20th of the month before the session, you receive a Chronopost label and a list of nearby post offices. The device must reach us during the last ten days of the month. Send it complete in its original shock-proof case (batteries, charger, cigarette-lighter plug, accessories and metrology logbook), in a sturdy box, with an identification sheet: order number, model, serial number, session month, contact and return address. Only add the tripod if we ask you to.
Duration
Allow about three weeks of downtime between collection and return. For several devices, send us the list of models, serial numbers and due dates.
Faults
Report any fault when requesting the quote: the annual verification does not include repairs.
